Hi, I’m Jen.

I’m a queer cis woman, a career coach, and a former senior technical leader at IBM with over 20 years of experience mentoring, leading, and building in the tech industry.
I’ve led high-performing teams of data scientists and developers, driven strategic innovation, and built solutions at the forefront of AI and emerging technology. My work has spanned technical leadership, product strategy, and responsible innovation. At the core of it all is my commitment to helping people thrive.
I’ve supported women and 2SLGBTQIA+ professionals through some of the most challenging, meaningful, and transformational points in their careers. I bring together deep technical experience, lived queer perspective, and a coaching approach grounded in empathy, clarity, and real-world action.
